One of the, if not THE biggest strip club known to nudie lovers, has had their name jacked. Magic City reps have filed lawsuit papers for the name steal. Check out the jump for details.
Magic City has filed lawsuit papers for a spot in Chicago, that has used their name, and claims that they are affiliates of the ever-so popular hangout in the A. Reps at the original Magic City says that, a stunt such as this one cheapens the brand and confuses consumers. Closing down the strip club is what’s being proposed.
We’re sure that artists like Bow Wow, Fabolous, Nelly and even Rihanna, who frequent the spot, won’t get the two confused.
