Not too long after her mugshot was taken and posted online to an arrest record database, it went viral as a meme similar to the one above due to her attractiveness. Now, the site that started it all, InstantCheckMate, is catching heat from Simmons’ legal reps for using her image for advertising and commercial purposes without her consent.
