Asher Roth has come a long way since his loving college days. He’s worked on many o’ projects and last year he announced the upcoming project, RetroHash.
“RetroHash, as a whole, is a record of renewal and self-discovery,” Roth mentions to Billboard. He’s been quiet for a while, but similarly to his changed habits of drinking, he says with this LP was taken in stride and moderation.
“I’m still out drinking beer. I still like to partake in my recreational marijuana. It’s one of those things where I want to operate at a high level. My whole thing with RetroHash is progress,” says the “Treat Me Like Fire” artist. “…every day, topping what I did yesterday…Sometimes you gotta eat Chick-Fil-A at 3:00 in the morning, but it’s all about moderation.” Makes sense!
Can’t wait to have a listen. The LP collaborated with the Blended Babies is set to drop in the next couple of months. Hit the jump for the release date of RetroHash.
Be on the lookout for the LP, April 22nd!
