Oprah Winfrey is unstoppable! Ending February with a bang, is the news of Oprah producing a biopic on the famous 1965 march, lead by Martin Luther King Jr. for the voting rights campaign. Check out the jump for details.
Oprah and Paramount are linking up create, Selma, the biopic on Martin Luther King’s journey from Selma, to Montgomery, Alabama in the mist of the Civil Rights movement. Of course, there were hurdles on their way to be heard for equal voting privileges, but we’re sure Oprah and Paramount will show this and more during the film.
So far, David Oyelowo is set to play Martin Luther King. No word on who else is involved, but IFWT will keep you updated.
