Ray Rice who was arrested last week for allegedly knocking his fiance out during an argument, knows that he still faces a possibility of jail time and discipline from the NFL itself. Now the chances of him going to jail are very slim, but I have no doubt he will be suspended for part of the season. Domestic violence is no joke and the league is not going to be ok with one of their players getting arrested for it, especially when there is evidence on camera. A former teammate however thinks Rice deserves another type of punishment. TJ Houshmandzadeh, who played with the Raiders last year, was a teammate of rice with the Ravens in 2010. He said he was “floored” when he heard what happened, but Rice should pay if it’s true. Houshmandzadeh said “Now I look at it like, ‘What if that’s my child?’ If that’s my child, I’m whooping his ass. Or if I cant, I’ll find somebody that can or something that can.” Hit the jump to see what else he said.
