Justin Bieber might just be in luck. According to TMZ, the Florida State Attorney has offered Justin a plea deal in his DUI/resisting arrest case from earlier this year. Here are the terms.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, that Prosecutors will drop the DUI and resisting arrest charges, if Justin: 1. Plead no contest to reckless driving 2. Complete 40 hours of community service 3. Attend an alcohol ed course 4. Attend a “victim impact panel” (where relatives of DUI victims share their stories) and 5. Install an ignition interlock device for 3 months.
In addition, “Prosecutors also want Bieber to submit to random drug testing, and not just in Florida. He’ll have to submit his travel plans to the court and authorities will set up random testing wherever he happens to be … at his expense. And testing will last between 6 and 9 months.”
Damn!
If Justin agrees to these terms and passes all his drug test, the reduced plead will formally be entered, TMZ reports.
