The 21-year-old leaves it no secret that she enjoys to puff some ganja on a regular basis, and now she’s sharing with her fans! At her concert in Vancouver, Canada on Friday night, the singer was giving away rolling papers made out of gold with the purchase of a Bangerz tour book. Not to mention she was rockin’ a leotard with weed leaf print all over it while exposing her hoo-haa all night. Guess some things will never change.
