Allegedly Chris Brown got upset during the pick up basketball game over a foul. Before beating up an opposing player, Malcolm Ausbon, he proclaimed to be apart of the Bloods gang. Ausbon filed a lawsuit citing the incident from last July. He stated that before the attack took place, Brown threaten and intimidated him. When Ausbon tried to back away from the situation, Brown and 3 members of his security began to jump him.
