Ruthanne Lodato, a piano instructor, was killed Thursday morning after answering her door to a stranger. Her caregiver, who has not been identified, was also shot and is in stable condition. Police have released a sketch of a of the suspect and describe him as a older caucasian man with balding hair and a full beard. They think this case is linked to two other killings in the area, including a sheriff’s wife and a high ranking transit official.
