Danielle Smith worked in Los Angeles under Warner Music, where she allegedly used a company credit card to fund her lavish lifestyle. According to law enforcement sources, “She booked rooms in posh hotels and airfare for personal vacations and trips herself, and shelled out for ‘luxury goods’ — resulting in whopping charges being billed to the company credit card between 2007 and 2011.” However, once she was under internal investigation, she resigned from her position.
So far, Smith has pleaded “not guilty” before Justice Gregory Carro. As of now, her bail is set at $1 million. Unfortunately, Smith’s mother flew with her from California and agreed to put up a retirement fund to spring her daughter on bail. She should be in good hands, her lawyer, Scott Leemon, has represented 50 Cent and Jim Jones.
