Following the painful ending of his relationhip with Porsha Williams, the athlete quickly found himself in the arms of Towanda Braxton. After skirting the issue for quite some time, the Braxton Family Values star finally confirmed the relationship during an interview with Bethenny Frankel.

During a recent appearance on Bethenny Frankel’s talk show, Towanda mentioned Kordell, although mostly in the context of his broken relationship with Porsha. The reality star told Bethenny, “I don’t know what actually happened in their marriage, you know so that was just the one side of the situation. He wasn’t on the show, she was on the show. She was telling her side of the situation.”
Continuing to defend Kordell, Towanda insisted that the athlete has been “a really nice guy to me,” as well as “a great dad.” She added that, unfortunately, all the drama seen on The Real Housewives of Atlanta had a definite impact on Kordell’s family. “Quite often people don’t understand that when you put everything tumultuously like that on television, it affects the children.”
