Looking somewhat like a cartoon version of herself, Donatella’s face appeared bloated, puffy and almost alien-like. Such a change from just a few weeks ago when she proudly posed with her muse Lady Gaga looking polished and perfectly made-up. Donatella really showing her age of 58 as she strutted the streets of the Italian fashion capital in an all-black ensemble, she also seemed to be wearing an intense frown on her out-of-whack face.
