This is Very sad, Mr. Hoffman was an award winning actor that was found 1130a this morn at his west village apt, a friend who couldn’t get in touch with him got concerned and called 911 to get inside.
Once inside they found a syringe in his arm(Heroine?):
“It’s pretty apparent that it was an overdose,” the official said. “The syringe was in his arm.”
Hoffman had battle drug addiction for a good part of his life. Apparently a crowd is at the address of his brick apartment building on Bethune Street. This is Sad and truly a loss to the world!
