I love DeMarcus Cousins game. He has taken alot of heat for his attitude and effort, but since his rookie year he has totally changed. One thing that has not changed is his willingness to be real. In a world of athletes always giving boring, politically correct interviews, hearing Cousins say he flat out doesn’t respect Chris Paul is refreshing. Hit the jump to see what he said.

Cousins maintains a rivalry with the Clippers, and Paul in particular. “It’s just, some players I don’t respect,” Cousins said. “Just their playing style of basketball. I don’t respect it. I feel like it’s basically cheating and I don’t respect a cheater. If that’s your tactic to winning, I don’t respect you.”
If you don’t remember, Cousins actually went to the extreme of physically preventing teammate Isaiah Thomas from shaking hands with Paul after a Kings/Clippers game earlier this season. You have to respect him for his honesty.
