In the early hours of this morning, Justin Bieber was arrested on South Beach after cops pulled him over for drag-racing in his yellow Lambo, and found that he was not only DRUNK, but was driving on an expired license. He also resisted arrest, so that will likely result in additional trouble for the pop star.

Just before he was speeding through the Miami streets (reportedly against Def Jam singer Khalil,) the Biebs was over at Lil Wayne’s indoor skate park, brushing up on his basketball skills with Young Money president, Mack Maine.
