A UK woman must have had some serious issues with the bride to be to go as far as canceling her own brother’s wedding; hit the jump for more!
One shiesty sister decided that her hate for her soon to be sister in law was so real she could not bare her marrying her brother. So what else was a psychotic sister left to do than, call up the Plymouth Registrar’s office, pretending to be the future bride and calling off the wedding?
50 year old, Ann Duffy did just that! A non-remorseful Duffy even called her brother after the ordeal and said:
“You better put this on speakerphone. I have saved you on the divorce,” she said. “I have cancelled your wedding. Would you like me to send you the confirmation email?”
Duffy’s planned backfired horribly, when the real bride called the police, explained her story and rebooked the wedding! Now Duffy is facing harassment charges for this incident as well as others. I’m hoping the angry sister, learns her lesson.
