Over the weekend, YMCMB rapper Lil Twist celebrated his 21st birthday with a dinner at the newly-opened Philippe Chow in Beverly Hills. Tons of his friends and business associates were on hand (like Kendall and Kylie Jenner, his and Lil Wayne’s manager Cortez Bryant), however, one person was left out and not too pleased about it: his labelmate, Nicki Minaj!
