Police are insisting that a teen, who was handcuffed, shot and killed himself in the back of a squad car in North Carolina. Justin Huerta died on November 19th with a single gun shot wound to the head. His family called the police to report that Huerta ran away and police search for him. But when the officers found him, they arrested him for an outstanding warrant for trespassing. The teen’s death has sparked protest over police conduct in Durham.
