Police released photos on Friday in an effort to capture the Ocampo, who has been on the run.The suspect is described as being 180 pounds, standing 5’7 feet, with brown eyes and brown hair. The sicko knew the little girl prior to the assault, but the circumstances of the relationship are not known.
