Not her face, though. The Queen Bee is currently in a legal battle with Canadian makeup artist Samantha Ravndahl, who claims the raptress took her creation (above) off of Reddit and used it online to promote her music…with zero credit to Samantha.

Back in November, Sam sent a cease and desist for Kim to pull the image, but nothing happened. Now Samantha and her lawyer are preparing to sue for a $150k minimum. I’m not sure she really has a case, though, as it was only Instagram and the artwork for a single that wasn’t sold for profit. Also, a quick glance at Kimmy’s IG and I don’t see the photo anywhere. I’m thinking this won’t get too much further.
