Jason Mark Carter escaped the mental facility, where he was being held for the 2006 murder of his parents, in South Carolina on Thursday. After a state wide manhunt, the 39 year old was taken back into custody. Carter was found in a motel by Tennessee Highway Patrol. To see news coverage of this story, click below.
