Despite some major retailers deciding not to carry the singer’s visual album, Beyonce’s new album will be one of the biggest selling albums of the year. Amazon has followed Target in stating they will not sell Beyonce’s latest release. To read more, click below.
Amazon has not released a statement on why they are not carrying Beyonce’s new album, but clearly the retailer is opting out on missing sales profits. Luckily, fans can still purchase the hit album at Walmart.
Here’s what the Walmart spokesperson, Sarah McKinney, had to say:
“We’re gonna do whats right for the customer. Our customers obviously love Beyoncé and we want to make sure we have it in stores… and it will be on this Friday. We’re releasing the album in approximately 4,000 stores nationwide. Our customers love Beyoncé so we’re excited to be able to offer them her new album. I’m sure it will be a top gift this Christmas.”
