The Bay veteran E-40 showed the true meaning of the Christmas spirit by donating thousands to the Salvation Army! E-40 explained his history with the organization, allowing him to give back now that he has much more than he did before. Hit the jump to see E-40’s positive respone to his hefty donation!
“My mother and father divorced when I was [eight],” E-40 said. “They did what they could do. When times got heavy, me and mom had to come over here [to the Salvation Army]…I knew I had to come out to my soil. I’m trying to give back.”
“I’m no better than anyone else, I’m just playing my part. I can’t save the world, but I do what I can to save my community,” E-40 stated.
