While cracking jokes online, the topic of a food dish turned ugly. Someone asked Martin, “Is that how you spell lasonia?”. Steve’s response: “It depends. Are you in an African-American restaurant or at an Italian restaurant.” After realizing his statement was offensive, the actor deleted his tweet and immediately issued an apology, citing it as a “bad joke”.
