It happened in China. While at work, Xiao Wei’s right hand was severed during an accident. His co-workers immediately took him to their local hospital after finding his hand. While there, the doctors were pretty sure that there was nothing that they could do, but insisted that he hurry to a larger hospital. 7 hours later, he arrived there.
