Jerry A. Hostetler, a.k.a Mr. Bigs, a late, notorious Indianapolis pimp, bought a large house in hopes to build a home, yet ended up buying out the house of his neighbors as well and ultimately creating his own wonderland. The immense house and overall property is made up of a ranch home and several other side homes and luxury amenities including pools and ponds.
When purchasing the estate Mr. Bigs clearly had a vision in mind, but it is not so apparent to any one who sees the house; its unique style has been dubbed: “Midwestern Vegas Versailles”.
After the passing of Mr. Bigs and an increase of unpaid mortgage bills, the enormous estate was bought out by Chad Folkening, an Indiana-born entrepreneur, and millionaire. Folkening fixed the unlivable estate and has now put it up for sale at $44 per square feet, is hoping it’s owner has the same eye for creativity as its prior owner.The estates size and unique features can only be match by a person with the same characteristics!
