Pennsylvania State police have arrested a man after a routine traffic stop uncovered what was really underneath all of the christmas gifts filling his mini van! Hit the jump for more.
Randy Jesus Valdivia was apprehended after authorities, unraveled the mass amounts of gifts within his mini van and found 20 pounds of marijuana in the covered boxes! The 38 year old was stopped on interstate 8 near the State College and now faces felony charges.
Police say they became suspicious after Valdivia was stopped Thursday afternoon, and got him to agree to a search. They say they found 20 pounds of weed vacuum-sealed inside large boxes wrapped as Christmas gifts. HP
