The “Lawrence Of Arabia” star, Peter O’Toole has passed after battling a medical condition, hit the jump for more!
The Irish actor born in 1932, built his name by studying and performing Shakespeare before making his official film debut in 1959. His true signifying role came in 1962 with the four hour tribute to T.E Lawrence, “Lawrence of Arabia”; a film that got him his first Academy Award.
O’Toole received seven further Oscar nominations – for Becket (1964), The Lion in Winter (1968), Goodbye, Mr. Chips (1969), The Ruling Class (1972), The Stunt Man (1980), My Favorite Year (1982) and Venus (2006) – and holds the record for the most Academy Award acting nominations without a win. W
