Cameron Diaz just dropped $9 million on a brand new apartment in the Chelsea area of Manhattan. The 3,022 square foot pad comes with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a Crestron home automation system and more.

Building amenities include a library lounge with pantry and bar, refrigerated storage for deliveries, yoga room, and sauna. Oh, and hopefully she paid enough up front that the mortgage in relatively low…because monthly maintenance and real estate tax adds up to about an extra $5k a month. Sheesh!
