It’s that time of year when publications begin listing the best of the best that was released in the last 12 months. TIME, Entertainment Weekly and Rolling Stone compiled today their Best Albums Of 2013 lists, and it’s interesting to see who topped two and came close (at number 2) on the third: Kanye West’s Yeezus.
There have been way more negative reviews of the project than good, and though first week sales were quite high, they fell off rather quickly and were eventually beaten by his competitor (for album release day), J. Cole. His current concert ticket sales crisis also speaks to the fact that its popularity isn’t the highest. Hmmm! Do you agree with their choices? I’m not saying it was a bad album by any means, but best of the year? Nah, I’m good. Check out their full lists below and let us know your thoughts!
