This story is actually pretty funny. Seahawks defensive lineman Michael Bennett realizes his quarterback Russell Wilson is a much bigger star than he is. So why not use that to your advantage to get something nice off the field right? Well he went for it and it worked, hit the jump.

Bennett tried to reserve a table at a popular restaurant in Seattle. He was told they were booked and nothing was available, sorry. So he got smart, waited a few minutes and called back, but this time said he was Russell Wilson. Amazingly the place suddenly had room ( that is actually pretty foul on the restaurant part right?) and they told “Russ” to come on down.
Bennett said “I called them back a few minutes later. I said, Hey, this is Russell Wilson. I’ll be attending your restaurant today. Do you have any tables? And she was like, ‘Yes! We can make a table for you! You were 22-for-30 the other night, 130 quarterback rating!’ She knew every stat.”
Needless to say when he showed up it was obvious he got one over on the place but they had a sense of humor about it. They still honored the reservation and even had the table roped off. Sounds like a win for him.
