Riff Raff may have cut his signature braids…or he may not have. The outlandish rapper took to Instagram over the holiday weekend, shorting off a new short ‘do, which he dubbed his “Versace surfer haircut.” LOL! But the very next day, he posted a new photo with his braids. Hmm! Could the “new photo” really have been an old one, or was the “haircut” just his hair slicked back?
