A 64 year old grandmother was brutally mowed down by a taxi in Brazil and survived! Mirtes de Oliveira Podesta was slammed by a taxi that lost control at a dangerous intersection. Amazingly, she only suffered from fractured arms and legs. The driver admitted to being sleepy after working a 24 hour shift and it was unclear if he would be brought up on criminal charges.
