To celebrate the big 2-1, Miley “Twerks-a-lot” Cyrus hit up the club to party it up for the first time 100% legally. Although the “We Can’t Stop” singer’s home was broken into on her actual birthday, she at least was able to celebrate another year of life with some dope females.
