Philadelphia Eagles coach Chip Kelly hasn’t been very forthcoming about who will ultimately be the Eagles starting quarterback. Kelly has basically been doing week to week announcements. While the coach doesn’t seem certain, shockingly quarterback Michael Vick has an answer.
Michael Vick, knows exactly who should be under center for the foreseeable future: Nick Foles.
“I’ve been in this stage before, and I know what it’s like. I understand the position that this team is in, and the one thing I never want to do is be a distraction or put our team or our coaches in a position where they feel like they’re not doing the right thing or I feel like they’re not doing the right thing.”
Vick, dealing with a hamstring injury, understands the situation. He got his chance to start for theEagles under a similar situation, when he replaced an injured Kevin Kolb in 2010.
Foles has scored an impressive 16 touchdowns and zero interceptions since taking over.
