On Friday a bizarre video was released of Lamar Odom freestyling while appearing to look under the influence of drugs. In the video Lamar and his friend Jamie Sangouthai were both shirtless as they slurred their words while rapping in a bathroom.
Odom raps about drugs, cheating on Khloe and making money outside of the NBA.
According to TMZ:
Lamar Odom admits he fell off the wagon last week … but he insists he was s**faced drunk, and not cracked out. Lamar told friends he’s seen the video.
Lamar says it was a one time deal and NO drugs were involved — he was specific about 2 drugs he’s had problems with — crack and coke.
Lamar insists he’s now clean and training hard at the University of Rhode Island.
It appeared lately that Odom was getting his life back on track with talks of a possible contract offer from the Los Angeles Clippers. I can’t tell for sure what he’s on in the video but I really do hope he’s clean now.
