Prior to the situation between Patterson and the photog, Justin was caught jumping of a cliff on Shipwreck’s Beach in Hawaii. Once they realized they’re antics were being caught on film, the bodyguard requested that the picture taker delete all evidence from his camera. Uh, no – probably how that next response went, so Patterson attacked.
He was then charges with 3rd degree assault and 4th degree criminal property damage. Shortly after booking, was released on a $3,000 bond.
