Chris Brown has fallen off of the edge! No parent/child relationship is perfect, but when you start taking shots are your mother, you’ve had it. Brown’s mom, Joyce Hawkins blames his behavior on his, “scumbag, disrespectful friends,” TMZ was told via a source close to the two. WHAT is she blaming on Chris’ compadres?

Chris’ “friends” hang around him for the money and the fame, says the source. Hawkins seems to think that, due to the clique, Chris’ weed habits have gotten out of control – according to Chris, it keeps him sane – to the point where he’s stoned out of his mind around her. Mama Breeze is not having that type of disrespect around her, so she had to say something.
