“I’m private. I like to keep it that way,” Idris Elba tells Angie Martinez after a fan calls into Hot 97 and asks, “Are you really expecting a baby?” When you’re a man with looks, an accent and play those domineering/take charge characters on the big screen, there is nothing that you could say or do that will be private to the public.
