At around 3:00 eastern time, Shepard Smith reported on a shooting near Brashear High School in Pittsburgh. Three people were shot off campus and two of them ran into the high school. The school is now on lock down. Police are on the look out for the suspect off of the school grounds, in the woods. One of the injured was found on an avenue nearby and is being treated by paramedics. Find out more after the jump..
According to officials, “three students were shot. Shepard Smith reports that it sounds as if they were leaving the school for the day when a gunman, and possibly as many as three gunman, approached the students and shot each of them. One was shot in the leg, a bullet grazed one’s neck or shoulder, and a bullet grazed another’s head. The 17-year-old who was grazed in the head reportedly came running into the school. An administrator pulled the student in and they called 911.”
