Lady Gaga wore a crazy outfit to Glamour’s 23rd Annual Women Of The Year Awards in NYC on Monday night. Gaga resembled the White Witch from The Chronicles Of Narnia film, portrayed by Tilda Swinton. She donned a white skirt and matching blazer, with a sheer high-collared blouse underneath, but the look was completely creepy. I mean, I know Ga has done a lot of crazy outfits in her lifetime, but I almost didn’t recognize her!
