We don’t necessarily condone drug use, but especially at the EMA’s, you know what they say, “When In Rome”.
Not that she lit up drugs, cigarettes are except able in Europe. But so are drugs, maybe it was, maybe it wasn’t, but what I know for sure, that is a rather nice outfit Miley has on as well, perfect camel toe attire.
