The other 20 year old man who was injured in his arm is expected to make a quick recovery. Jorge Arias, Mera’s brother, told the news that Adonis could not move from the waist down. His family also believes that the teenager was not involved in the incident, but was just an innocent by stander. Witnesses report that the gunman demanded the 20 year old victim’s coat before opening fire. Police searched the neighborhood for the dreadlocked suspect but ended up handcuffing another man. There is no word on whether the handcuffed man was connected with the shooting. Click below to check out news footage on the incident.
