A very popular song that I’m pretty sure each of us have a choreographed dance to, is finally “catching up” with Usher literally, as he is allegedly being sued by three other men for taking “their” hit, hit the jump for more!
Well I guess here’s one more thing to worry about for the R&B sensation that is Usher. A group of men have supposedly come forth with a law suit against Usher alleging that he stole their hit “Caught Up” (a.k.a Usher’s hit) from his grammy award winning ‘Confessions’ album, after performing the track in front of label reps.
TMZ is reporting that, “The 3 guys — Zacharia Edwards, Mitch Moses and Vince McClean — claim they played it for a honcho at Arista Records — Usher’s label — and the dude then played it for LA Reid. The 3 guys never heard from Arista again, but 2 years later they heard the song on the radio”.
The trio are attempting to sue him for “unspecified damages”. My question is, if this is true why wait so long to announce the “theft”.
