Kanye West was charged with criminal battery and attempted grand theft after attacking a heckling photographer at LAX back in July and stealing his camera. The photog has also sued Kanye in civil court. This morning on behalf of his lawyer Blair Berk. Yeezus entered a plea of “not guilty.”

If convicted of both misdemeanors, Kanye faces a maximum of 1 year in jail, but I’m sure it won’t get anywhere near that point.
