Authorities have uncovered a drug tunnel between the United States and Mexico, harboring 8 tons of weed and 325 pounds of cocaine. The San Diego Tunnel Task Force reported that a “super tunnel” stretched from a warehouse in Otay Mesa, California to another warehouse 100 yards south of the US border in Tijuana, Mexico.

The “super tunnel”, which included rail road tracks and a ventilation system, was a third of a mile and 35 feet deep. Authorities report that the tunnel took drug dealers years and millions of dollars to construct. Check the gallery to see what the inside of the tunnel looks like.
