Talk about dodging a bullet, or in Fif’s case a few bullets by the name of charges. Back in June, the “Can’t Help Myself (I’m Hood)” rapper was accused of kicking his baby mother, Daphne Joy as well as busting up her property – $7,000 worth approx. – but, after agreeing to a plea deal, 50 will not be headed to the pen. One count of misdemeanor domestic violence and four counts of misdemeanor vandalism is what Fif was charged with. Entering into the courts not guilty, 50 Cent was able to come to an agreement with prosecutors. Domestic violence charges has been dropped and he plead no contest to one count of misdemeanor vandalism instead.
What does 50 have to do – 3 years probation, 30 days of community service, attend counseling sessions and pay $7,100 in restitution to Daphne. I guess that’s better than doing the time! Chris Brown needs to check out Fif’s attorneys.
