There was a major error in the police report from Chris Brown’s arrest in Washington D.C. on Saturday night…and it could work in his favor in a BIG way! The initial report stated that Chris Brown’s bodyguard threw the first punch, but it was actually Chris who did so. The report was later corrected, but Chris’ lawyer may be able to get him off because of the mix-up.

To add to that, police also revealed that they videotaped Chris, the bodyguard, the alleged victim, and other witnesses describing who hit whom during the melee, and they believe some of the people on tape may be completely embellishing their side of the story…another point that could work out for Chris. After spending over 24 hours in jail, the singer is due in court today at 1pm EST. We’ll keep you updated!
