Dancing With The Stars’ Julianne Hough may have crossed the line with her Halloween Costume. She dressed up as Crazy Eyes from the hit t.v. show ‘Orange is the New Black’, donning black face and an orange jumpsuit. And although Crazy Eyes may be one of our favorite characters, was it right for Julianne to wear blackface to the Casamigos Tequila Halloween Party?
