The heiress and socialite embodied Cyrus in her VMA performance, by posing in her attire, as she would, strutting her long legs and having her tongue out in almost all of her pictures. Her sister Nicki Hilton couldn’t fall short behind with her choice of costume. If your sister decides to show out, what better approach to take than the classy school girl outfit.
